Applications are received by appointment in person only.
Application forms are available to be downloaded or you can call to have them mailed or emailed.
All new suites are non-smoking - no exceptions.
The application process for subsidized housing is the same as for market rent suites. Individual situations are assessed and when a subsidized unit is available it is offered to those individuals in most need.
